Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes changing your scheduled appointment is necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible. If your give notice of cancelling less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the missed service. This also applies if you arrive more than 20 minutes late and we have to reschedule. If you failed to inform us at all, you will be charged 100% of the missed service. We thank you in advanced for respecting our time.
